If the thread doesn't have any unread replies, just tap on the reply counter in the list, and you'll jump to the end of the thread:

If the thread does have new replies, just click or tap on the asterisk that indicates a new unread reply, or on the reply counter, and you'll jump to the latest unread reply:

Clicking or tapping on the title of the thread in the list will always load the start of the thread.
